Close tickets by
fixing the order.

Most tickets are an order problem wearing an inbox costume. datavessel reads the Gorgias ticket, finds the order behind it, and resolves both — the refund, the address, the tracking answer, and the reply — as one batch you approve. The ticket closes because the problem is gone.

The problem

Support is a treadmill.

Most of the queue is the same handful of order problems — and answering them is only half the work. The other half is the admin tab: the refund, the address change, the cancellation the reply promised. Tools that only draft replies leave that half to you.

The queue never empties

Every morning it's full again — the same shipping, returns and where's-my-order questions, over and over.

Slow first response

Tickets sit for hours before anyone triages them, and response time is the number customers judge you on.

Too small to outsource

A support agency or a new hire is a big monthly cost for a queue that's mostly repetitive first-line work.

How it works

The same loop, on your inbox.

Analyze · Run · Track — the first-line support an agency bills monthly for, handling the routine so your team handles the hard ones.

  1. A

    Analyze

It reads the ticket — and the order behind it.

datavessel pulls each open Gorgias ticket, matches the customer to their Shopify or WooCommerce order, and diagnoses what it actually needs: a tracking answer, an address fix, a cancellation, a refund inside your policy, or a genuine escalation.

  2. R

    Run

It fixes the order and writes the reply — together.

The refund at the exact amount your store calculates, the cancellation with restock, the corrected address — plus the reply that goes with it. Both arrive as one approval batch, because a promise to a customer should never ship without the fix behind it. Deny the fix, and the reply gets rewritten before anything sends.

  3. T

    Track

It closes what's resolved, escalates what isn't.

Resolved tickets get tagged and closed — the problem is actually gone. Anything your policy doesn't clearly cover becomes an internal note for a human, not an improvised exception. Every decision is remembered for the next run.

What it can do

Resolution, not just triage — safely.

Every customer-facing reply and every order action — refund, cancellation, address change — pauses for your approval with the exact parameters shown, amounts included. Your refund policy is the agent's policy; anything it doesn't clearly cover gets escalated, not improvised.

  • Reply with real order & tracking context
  • Refund at the store-calculated amount
  • Cancel an order, restock included
  • Fix the shipping address before it ships
  • Tag, route and escalate the judgment calls
  • Close tickets whose problem is actually gone
