Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using datavessel ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

datavessel provides a platform that connects your business data sources to AI for intelligent conversations and insights. Our service enables users to establish secure connections between their data sources (such as Google Analytics, Stripe, etc.) and AI agents.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • 01Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • 02All activities that occur under your account
  • 03Providing accurate and complete information
  • 04Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Data Sources and Privacy

datavessel connects to Google and other third-party APIs on behalf of users. We combine and process data from those APIs, then deliver the compiled results to you. An LLM reasons over this compiled data to answer your questions. All of this happens only through API connections that you authorize.

We do not share your data with third parties. Knowledge and strategies you use to identify improvements - including prompts, analyses, or workflows - are never shared with third parties or used for purposes other than providing your service.

  • You maintain full control over your data connections and permissions
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your data sources
  • We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations

Billing and Payment

Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) Model

datavessel operates on a BYOK model. You provide your own LLM API keys (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and pay your AI provider directly. We do not mark up AI costs. Our subscription fees cover only the platform features: scheduling, integrations, alerts, and security.

3 scheduled agents. Perfect for trying out the platform.

Starter

10 scheduled agents at $29/month. For small shops.

Professional

50 scheduled agents at $79/month. For growing stores.

Agency

Unlimited scheduled agents at $199/month. For agencies.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
  • Automatic billing on your payment method
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • You are responsible for any charges from your LLM provider

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

01Violate any applicable laws or regulations
02Infringe on intellectual property rights
03Distribute harmful or malicious content
04Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
05Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
06Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Data Vessel and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall datavessel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
